Hey my name is mike larosa i reciently went to jail for shoplifting 30$ worth of mechandise from walmart. I am currently a college student on a scholership for vocational rehabilitation. The guidlines for the scholership is i can not be convicted of any misdamenor offenses. I looked up pretrial diversion agreement basicly states you do what is required and when completed the charges are dropped and no conviction will be made is what i got out of it. I am a first time offender with a clean record. is this a possible outcome?
